The challenge
Numerus, the leading Chilean provider of management software for educational institutions, needed a mobile portal so teachers and administrative staff could reach their employment information. Workers depended on in-person or email requests to obtain payslips, institutional documents and professional development records. No direct digital channel existed between the management platform and the staff who needed it.
The solution
We developed Mi Numerus, a native mobile app that works as an employee portal for educational institutions running the Numerus software. The app connects directly to the existing management platform, giving secure, immediate access to documents, payslips and professional development resources from any device.
Document management
Centralised access with hierarchical folder navigation, in-app PDF viewing, fast search and download for offline access.
Digital payslips
View and download payslips straight from the app, with no request to HR required.
Professional development
Tracking for training, certifications and each staff member's continuing education history.
Multi-institution support
Easy switching between establishments for staff who work at more than one institution.
Secure authentication
Several sign-in methods: email plus verification code, Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In.

Results
Staff at educational institutions now reach their payslips, documents and professional development records instantly from their phone. HR no longer carries the load of fielding manual document requests, and Numerus strengthened its platform with a direct mobile channel to the people who use it.
