The challenge
Numerus Consultoría is a Chilean firm specialising in school management, advising educational institutions on legal, administrative, financial and pedagogical matters, with more than 60 schools as clients. Beyond a corporate site to communicate its outsourcing, advisory and training services, they needed a tool unlike anything else in their industry: an interactive course builder where clients could assemble custom training days by dragging thematic modules into time blocks, setting participants, dates and role types, and submitting a complete quote request. The visual design came from id&D, and the "Build your course" section had to be designed and developed entirely by Codeform, including all the interactivity, the business logic and a custom CMS to manage a catalogue of more than 50 modules.
The solution
We built the Numerus Consultoría site on Nuxt with static generation, implementing id&D's design for the corporate sections and creating the "Build your course" section from scratch: a fully interactive drag-and-drop training-day builder. The user picks modules from a portfolio of more than 50 options organised by category (School Climate, Pedagogical Management, Resource Management, Leadership), drags them into time blocks within configurable days, and the system totals the hours automatically, respects the lunch block and validates each day's capacity (8 hours). Users can register to save their work and submit the quote request. We built a custom CMS so Numerus can manage the whole module catalogue — descriptions, durations and categories — without technical help.
Drag-and-drop course builder
An interactive tool where clients drag thematic modules into time blocks within configurable training days. Hours are totalled automatically, capacity is validated and the lunch block is built in.

A tailored admin panel for managing the full module catalogue: titles, descriptions, durations, categories and ordering. No WordPress — built around how Numerus actually works.
Configurable daily schedules
Each day lays out a 9:00 to 18:00 grid with a fixed lunch block, and modules drop into the blocks according to their duration. Multiple days can be requested at once.
Sign-up and quote requests
A user registration system that saves progress on assembled training days and submits the full quote request with participants, a tentative date and role type.
id&D design, Codeform build
The corporate sections were implemented from id&D's design. The "Build your course" section was designed and developed entirely by Codeform, including all the UX, interactivity and business logic.
Results
Numerus Consultoría went from arranging training by hand to offering a tool nothing else in Chilean education matches. Clients assemble their own custom training days from more than 50 specialised modules and submit complete quote requests without the sales team touching them. The custom CMS lets Numerus update its training catalogue on its own, and the corporate site clearly communicates its outsourcing, advisory and training services to more than 60 educational institutions.
