The challenge
The Truly Food is a Chilean artisanal producer of eggs, honey and longaniza that needed to sell direct to consumers through a weekly egg subscription. The challenge was an online shop that could handle recurring plans (from 20 to 90 eggs a week), free delivery for subscribers in specific districts of the Metropolitan and Valparaíso regions, and a wholesale programme — all of it carrying the brand's artisanal identity.
The solution
We built an ecommerce site on WordPress and WooCommerce with a custom subscription system and MercadoPago integration for recurring payments. Customers choose between 4 family plans (S, M, L, XL) with automatic weekly delivery, a fixed price guaranteed all year and free shipping. The shop also sells artisanal honey and longaniza as individual products.

Results
The Truly Food went from selling informally to running a professional direct-sales channel with recurring subscriptions. Customers manage their own plans, weekly delivery runs without manual work, and the wholesale programme opened a new distribution channel for the brand.
